Both of us, as friends since elementary school, had talked about starting a business for years. Initially we didn’t know what we wanted to do, as all we were accustomed to were our careers as a Firefighter and Police Officer. One day after seeing a local crew out power washing a home, it all clicked. Exterior cleaning was a perfect way for us to get into the business world and offer a much-needed service for people to truly enjoy their homes stress free.

It also allowed us to continue to serve people in the personal ways we already knew how. With communication, personalized service, compassion and fairness. One August afternoon, we were on our way to work at our “day jobs” and made a very bold decision. We were going to actually start that business that we had talked about for so many years. We haven’t looked back since that day.

At its core, Public Safety is simply customer service. Between the two of us, we have a combined 15 years of service to our communities. Our backgrounds give us a distinct advantage over other companies in that we know the struggles that you face as a homeowner and as a human being because we have seen and been a part of those struggles for so many years. We also know what it feels like to be regarded as a “number” and not as a human.
